Daniela Lazzati

DANIELA LAZZATI is a consultant in our Milan office. She deals primarily with the labour law implications that may arise as a result of corporate transactions of a complicated and/or unique nature.

Daniela has more than twenty years of experience in the field of labour law, including:

- both the judicial and extra-judicial application of the law;

- providing ongoing legal assistance to prestigious Italian companies, including those operating in the public utilities sector; and

- all matters relating to personnel management and issues relating thereto.

She is a member of AGI - Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani (the Italian Labour Law Association).

She graduated from the University of Pavia in 1993, has been a member of the Milan Bar since 1996 and has been authorised to appear before the Court of Cassation (the highest court of appeal) since 2009.
