Cristina Grana

CRISTINA GRANA is a partner of Bettini Formigaro Pericu and works in the Cremona and Milan offices. She practices civil and commercial law, providing assistance to clients both in-court and out-of-court.

She has gained a deep experience in the field of energy law with particular focus on contracts and on ARERA proceedings - The Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment - related to unbundling system and gas and electricity industry.

She mainly provides consultancy activities in drafting and negotiations contracts and legal ongoing assistance on civil matters. Cristina Grana provides, in addition, assistance in litigation including alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.

She has developed a relevant expertise in the field of preparation and application of management model for enterprises (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001).

Before joining BFP in 2009, she worked for an Italian law firm based in Milan and Cremona.

She graduated from the Cattolica University of Piacenza in 2004, and she was admitted to the Italian Bar as a member of the Lodi Bar Association in 2009.
