Filippo Pastorini

FILIPPO PASTORINI is a partner in Bettini Formigaro Pericu, and works in Genoa and Milan.

He mainly focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financial market law, restructuring distressed enterprises and transactions in the real estate sector, as well as on construction contracts, renewable energy transactions, fashion, cinema and telecommunications.

He also advises clients on corporate law, with particular reference to drafting and negotiating stock purchase and shareholder agreements. He represents clients with litigation (in-court and arbitration) in commercial law.

Before joining BFP in 2008, he worked for a prominent Italian law firm.

He graduated with full marks from the University of Genoa in 2004, and was admitted to the Genoa Bar Association in 2010.
