GABRIELE MARINO NOBERASCO is an associate in Genoa and Milan offices, where he practices corporate and business law – with particular regard to public services, public companies and public utilities – as well as public economic law and administrative law.

He lectures comparative public law at Bocconi University (Milan) where he focuses his teaching and research activities on constitutional law, European and international public law and public economic law. He is an author of several papers and comments on the case-law of the European Court of Justice and other international courts. He also undertakes research activities at the University of Exeter (United Kingdom).

He is a member of the International Bar Association (Human Rights Institute), of the Comparative and European Public Law Association, and of the “Carlo Raggi” Association of Administrative Law Practitioners.

He obtained his combined Bachelor and Master of Science in Law with full marks and honours from Bocconi University in 2012, and he was admitted to the Italian Bar as a member member of the Savona Bar Association in 2015.
