Giulia Pittofrati

Giulia Pittofrati is a partner in Bettini Formigaro Pericu and works in the Genoa and Milan offices.

Before joining BFP in 2011, she worked for other prominent law firms based in Genoa, where she dealt principally with civil law, and with particular focus on litigation.

At BFP Giulia practices mainly corporate and commercial law, providing assistance to companies in M&A transactions. She gained a significant expertise in the negotiation and drafting of investment contracts, in the management of corporate governance issues, as well as in the implementation of extraordinary corporate deals such as divisions and mergers.

Giulia also has experience and expertise in restructuring operations: providing assistance to companies, both public and private, in the preparation and finalization of restructuring plans, reorganization agreements, arrangements with creditors for business continuity and liquidation, and bankruptcy agreements.

In addition, she provides assistance in civil litigation, chiefly in relation to corporate disputes.

Giulia graduated magna cum laude from the University of Genoa in 2007 and she was admitted to the Italian Bar as a member of the Genoa Bar Association in 2011.
