ORSOLA JASELLI is a partner in the Milan office.

She mainly deals with civils and commercial law, in litigation and contractual fields, as well as corporate compliance.

She has gained a particular experience in assisting and consulting companies operating at a national and international level in the metalworking, electronics, electric traction, construction, private renewable energy procurement and advertising sectors; She provides its assistance in some extraordinary operations.
