Luigi Ceffalo

LUIGI CEFFALO is an associate in the Genoa and Milan offices, where he handles public and administrative law, representing clients in issues relating to public procurement contracts and administrative permits and authorisations.

He has written a number of publications on various administrative law topics, including public services and utilities and privatisations, focusing on motorways, ports and energy infrastructures. He has also been a speaker at seminars covering these areas.

At university he mainly specialised in Maritime Law and European Administrative Law.

Since 2007, Mr. Ceffalo has been a fellow at Istituto Bruno Leoni, an Italian public policy research think tank dedicated to the free market.

Since 2013, he has also been working on his Ph.D in “Logistica, Trasporti e Territorio” (logistics, transport and territory) at Centro italiano di eccellenza sulla logistica integrata (Italian centre of excellence in integrated logistics – CIELI).

He graduated with top marks from the University of Genoa in 2010 and he was admitted to the Italian Bar as a member of the Genoa Bar Association in 2014.
